Talovari ("Talovari", "we", "us") develops technology for product trend intelligence and market research, including our AutoTrend system. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website (talovari.com) and AutoTrend.

This policy describes our practices as we have implemented them today. It does not make claims about certifications, seals, or compliance programs that we have not established.

The Talovari website is designed to operate without cookies, analytics, user accounts, or tracking technologies. As a result, we do not knowingly collect personal information through this website beyond what you choose to send us directly, such as the content of an email you write to us.

Through AutoTrend, we process data obtained through authorized third-party APIs and services, as described below. This data is primarily aggregated, market-level, and trend-related rather than collected directly from individual visitors to our website.

AutoTrend may process data obtained through authorized third-party APIs and services. This may include, where permitted by the relevant provider and applicable terms:

• aggregated trend and search-interest data;
• market and commerce data;
• advertising and audience-interest data; and
• social-platform data made available through official APIs.

Where a user has authorized a Google Ads connection, this includes Google Ads data obtained through the Google Ads API under the authorized https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope — such as account-level information about the connected account (account name, customer identifier, account status, and account type), together with search-demand and keyword-related data used for AutoTrend's trend analysis and market research.

We access such data only through official, authorized interfaces and in accordance with the terms, policies, and permission scopes established by each provider. We do not attempt to circumvent access controls, terms of service, or technical restrictions.

Data obtained through third-party APIs is used for:

• product trend analysis and identification of emerging trends;
• market research and consumer-interest analysis;
• operating, maintaining, and improving AutoTrend.

We do not use API data to contact individuals, to build individual profiles of consumers, or for purposes incompatible with the permissions under which the data was obtained.

Talovari does not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade data obtained through third-party APIs, and we do not disclose it except as necessary to operate AutoTrend, comply with law, or with service providers acting under our instructions and appropriate confidentiality obligations.

AutoTrend does not sell Google user data. AutoTrend does not disclose or transfer Google user data to data brokers, advertising networks, or information resellers, and does not share it with third parties for targeted advertising, personalized or interest-based advertising, retargeting, or for determining creditworthiness or lending purposes.

Google user data may be processed or shared only with service providers and infrastructure providers (such as hosting and data-storage providers) when necessary to operate AutoTrend or provide functionality requested by the user. Such providers may process the information only as necessary to provide their services and are subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, rights, or safety of AutoTrend, its users, or others.

AutoTrend does not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for purposes unrelated to providing or improving AutoTrend's user-facing functionality. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing AutoTrend functionality, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

We retain data processed through AutoTrend only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including trend analysis and research, and to comply with legal obligations. Aggregated and de-identified analytical outputs may be retained for longer periods because they no longer relate to identifiable individuals or specific restricted datasets.

Information associated with an authorized Google Ads connection is retained only while the connection remains active and is removed when the user disconnects the connection.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information we handle, including restricting access to authorized personnel and securing our systems and data transfers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Google Ads connection credentials and related data are stored securely on Talovari's servers, are accessible only to trusted system components, and are never exposed to the browser or included in API responses.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to certain processing. Because AutoTrend primarily processes aggregated and market-level data obtained through authorized APIs, we may not hold personal information about you as an individual website visitor.

To exercise any rights you believe you have, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

You may request deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@talovari.com. Please include enough information for us to understand your request. We will honor deletion requests as required by applicable law. Where data has been fully aggregated or de-identified, or where we are legally required to retain records, deletion may not be possible or may be limited, and we will explain why.

You can also disconnect a Google Ads connection at any time using the Disconnect control on the AutoTrend Google Ads integration page, which revokes the authorization and removes the stored connection information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
